  1. Refund Policy

  • If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, a 10% fee will apply to cover credit card processing and administrative costs. If you cancel after the order has shipped, or return the machine, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover shipping, restocking, and credit card processing costs. Machines must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the machine.
